The Item Shop is launched and now it's time to flaunt it, baby!
The Item Shop has come to Arad, opening right on the bustling Hendon Myre Lane. To celebrate, the Arad High Council is hosting the Shoot Your Avatar Screenshot Contest!
Submit a screenshot of your tricked out character in either Dungeon or Arena action between October 8th and October 16th through our Event Submission page, accessible HERE.
The top four Avatar screenshots for each character class, as chosen by the Arad High Council-based on overall composition, stylish flare and raw coolness-will each win 10,000 NX AND be placed in our Online Poll where DFO fans will vote for five Grand Prize winners, one for each character class. The five Grand Prize winners will each receive 25,000 NX.
One poll will be released each day between October 19th and October 23rd and run according to the following schedule
The Online Poll schedule will be as follows:
Monday, October 19, 2009 - Slayer finalists
Tuesday, October 20, 2009 - Fighter finalists
Wednesday, October 21, 2009 - Gunner finalists
Thursday, October 22, 2009 - Mage finalists
Friday, October 23, 2009 - Priest finalists
You can take eligible screenshots with any software you wish, however remember that screenshots can be taken directly in game by pressing <Print Screen> at any time. Images you capture this way will be saved automatically in the following path on your computer: My Documents >> DFO >> Screenshots.
So, shoot your avatar today, and tomorrow you may be a winner!
Rules and Regulations
1. You must be logged in to submit a screenshot to the Shoot Your Avatar contest.
2. You can submit multiple screenshots, but only one winning entry per Nexon Passport ID account.
3. Eligible submissions must depict characters containing at least one Avatar item in a Dungeon screen or Arena room.
4. Screenshots must be in JPEG format and not exceed 500K.
5. For purposes of this contest, the Arad High Council consists of Nexon America's DFO team.
