Level 60-75: They are in a cage so you do not have to worry about it. They will not attack you if you hide behind the fence and range at them.
Amour: The best amour you can wear now is red. I prefer you upgrade. When you reach level 70 ranges you can switch to black amour. The best dragon hide amour in the game. If you have full Void range instead, then use it. It will give you a +
Bow: I would switch to iron knives because they are better and it allows you to hold a damaged book which gives boosts in range.
Arrows: Same as previous levels. rs2 gold can be explored by you now.
Level 75-99: They are pretty high level. So when you enter the area you can just stay next to the door and range them. They can not hit you. They also give good drops so you should pick up the items.
And that is basically it. It takes a decent amount of time to level range though. It may be boring sometimes, but the reward is great. So good luck!
