During the recent Star Wars: The Old Republic Guild Summit, Bioware released a new trailer shining the spotlight on several big changes coming to the game with Update 1.2. In addition, Bioware laid out the details on the new "Friends of Star Wars" program that was rolled out earlier this week.
The trailer shows off the new "Explosive Conflict" Operation, the new "Lost Island" Flashpoint and the new "Novare Coast" Warzone. The video also gives a quick and dirty look at the updated Legacy system, the new UI customization abilities, guild features and PvP warzone rankings.
The Bioware team also rolled out the "Friends of Star Wars" program. Current subscribers are given three game codes to share with friends that allows them to play SWTOR for a week. The trial gives folks a look at the four origin worlds and the opening stories for each class. You can find out more about the program on the Star Wars: The Old Republic site.
