Skills: elect bolt - need for pull + dps, good dps, hits 300 is on mobs maxed- might not need more than level 1.
cc: sleep - level 5 min for 6 targets, max is best for 17 seconds of sleepiness. Def/reflect: We actually took none of these, opting for full output and heal since we just went tempest to finish ardor quests quickly.
Heals: lesser heal - max with dank gives 700 heals, instant cast, and 3 sec c-d raja - max with dna gives 46/2 for 10. Lesser heal is better, faster c-d, more Requiem gold. For some reason, the crit is affected by some stat we think cuz when it crits, it ticks 150/2 for 10.
Aoe: lightning restraint - 200 ticks,
