1. On February 24th we will set up a series of posts on the Server Channels of the TOP Forum. Players can reply to the posts to register as a cop. The registration will end on February 26th. 2. Basically, the Player Cop is offered to players who have played TOP for one year or more, and must be level 75+. 3. Fill in the post with your server name, character name, and an in game character screenshot as well as your location, a few more self-description would be better. The registering post can not be modified once it is submitted. 4. We will lock the posts and make our selection after the registration period and then announce the final results. 20 Arrest Warrants will be sent to the selected players Storage Box on February 27th. 5. If player cops can handle their duties according to the rules set out then they can continue to apply for more Arrest Warrants after they have used up the first 20 designated ones. 6. If other players found the Player Cops have misused their authority, they could send screenshots to The Official, and we will investigate it carefully.
