On Tuesday of this week we have made a significant upgrade to our behind the scenes systems. But these changes began to cause some in-game difficulties with payments, point spending and at times logging into the games.
We do regret these problems and the inconveniences they have caused you all.
All the payments have been verified and completed through up until 3pm PST Thursday October 15. We haven't answered the hundreds of payment emails as the payment team was 100% focused on fixing the known problems, which should deal with most of the contents of the emails.
We will be answering the emails starting on Monday, and also check and verify any successful stuck payments from after 3pm Thursday. If your payment history does not reflect the payment showing up, and you made the payment prior to 3pm Thursday then do email us again to be sure we see it. Please do check your bank statement; because many payments just "failed" so no actual money is kept for those and the withheld funds will be automatically restored to the bank account by the bank.
The kinks were extra.. well kinky.. but they are being worked out of the systems continually. We will likely continue to optimize through the next few weeks, which was planned for, but the majority of the problems should be worked out by next week.
Currently we are working specifically on the Premium server login processes, and in manually crediting all the glitched payments that have happened since Tuesday - Thursday.
Also after the brief maintenance on Premiums is completed at 5pm, we will begin to add the 3 day subscriptions to all accounts that have had premium access within the past 31 days. This is to both make up for some of the inconvenience of this week, and to allow those that can't currently make a payment for subscription to be able to play through the weekend.

and the Ice Titans repeatable quest event (and enhanced mobs there) is active.
We hope these things will help ease the headaches of this week and make the weekend as enjoyable as everyday should be in Ragnarok Online.
