Aion : Win new costumes for your guild!

Guilds in Aion get a one in a life-time chance to get their members dressed by us!

The highly talented concept artist Eva Widermann came up with some concepts for new Aion costumes in a nordic style!

Before we introduce these masterpieces officially into the game, we will give away those 6 costumes to one of the participating guilds in the contest, which is running from Friday 18 September 2009 to Monday 21 September 2009!

The rules

Your guild leader has to take a screenshot in your guild castle with your members.
The following details have to be added in the e-mail:
Server
Guild-name
Guild-leader account name
Email of the Guild-leader
Number of Players on the Screenshot
Screenshot
Please use the form on our contest page to supply us with that information.

The winning guild will be determined by our jury.

Important notes

The guild leader acts as our official point of contact for all organizational purposes (i.e. to distribute the costumes or winning notification).
The winning guild will receive one costume for every guild member clearly visible on the screenshot.
Depending on the size of the guild the distribution of the costumes may take a couple of days.
After notification by email the guild leader of the winning guild has to send us a complete list of all accounts, characternames and a notice of the characters' gender on the screenshot and their costume of choice.
