I was thinking about the token system and I am not sure if this is already planned, and if it is that would be cool. But I think people should get raid tokens not only from raids but from high lvl dungeons as well. Obviously you wouldn't get as many, but this would give people something to do when their guilds are not raiding. People can just get a 6 man group together, do iron tower, and then work there way toward getting epic gear.
